Hampshire Power is the only Massachusetts based nonprofit electricity supplier. In 2017, the Hampshire Renewables program was launched which brought net metering credits to clients from solar, wind, hydro and anaerobic digestion facilities. The Energy Credits Brokerage doubled under her leadership. New grants from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center were awarded to her team. She also lead an entire branding campaign with a local brand agency for Hampshire Power's umbrella organization, Hampshire Council of Governments (now known as HCG).
SUNRAISING MANAGER, SOLARCITY HQ
June 2015 -Â September 2016
Sinead established the SunRaising program at SolarCity in April 2015. The SunRaising program invites nonprofit organizations to raise funds by encouraging members to adopt solar through the SolarAmbassador program. SolarAmbassadors are solar homeowners or advocated that help spread the word about the solar movement in their communities and tell homeowners about the opportunity to switch to solar power on their own home.

In this role Sinead developed the nonprofit approach through the SolarAmbassador program. She achieved this by educating service organizations on solar energy and encouraging solar customers to voice their support of solar to their local state representatives.
Coursework in sustainability leadership with a focus on organizational dynamics and adaptive vs. command control operating systems through the Center for Health and the Global Environment.
